New Here with Breeding If a traditional yorkie with NO Parti gene (male) breeds a Parti females, will all the puppies be traditional? Someone told me they would all be traditional, because the male has no Parti gene in his back ground…just curious |
A REPUTABLE breeder would NEVER mate a traditional yorkie with a Parti. There's no guarantee that litter would be all traditional yorkies, the puppies born from that litter would have Parti genes. Those puppies if mated could produce mixed color yorkies. In my opinion, sounds like someone is trying to push possible mixed color yorkies to potential buyers. |
