Thank you Deb Sillers and YT I was led to yt following the death of my little girl Zoey and needing to connect with other yorkie owners. After weeks of looking for a new baby and researching breeders, I found Deb Sillers on this website under your featured breeders. This led me to research her and I knew immediately she was the breeder for me. I drove 12 hours to meet her and found her to be incredibly down to earth and knowledgeable. She spent hours with me answering my every question and helping me to pick out the perfect new addition to our family. Mia will be arriving on Friday. Even though I am not even close to being over the pain of losing Zoey, I am hoping that Mia will help us to heal as a family and give us someone new to love with our whole hearts. I remember telling my youngest daughter that a mother's heart can always grow to hold enough love for however many children they have. There is always enough. I know that will be true of Mia. Thank you to Deb Sillers and yt for leading me to her. You are not done with me. I intend to stay in touch with you about this new bundle of love. |
Oh! This warms my heart  looking forward to more! :rainbow:  :) |
Congratulations and have always heard the best about Deb Sillers. When my first Yorkie went to the bridge and we later got Piccolo, I remember thinking (briefly) that I would never be able to love Piccolo as much as Tinkerbell. Boy, was I wrong. I realized I had room in my heart and it sounds like you do too. Hope you enjoy the journey of a new puppy as much as we did. |
Congrats! |
awww, a new baby to love! Congrats! :aimeeyork |
Is this a Trouble/Raina Pup? ...if so I will be the proud Mama of one of her brothers very soon! |
Congratulations. I am so happy that you are opening your hearts and your home to a new pup that will bring you so much love and joy. You are right, the heart grows to love each new blessed addition, whether it be skin kids or fur kids. We love them first because they are adorable and totally dependent on us, and then their little personalities evolve, each in a unique way, and we love them even more. I can't wait to hear more about your little Mia as she becomes part of your family. |
I'm so sorry to hear about Zoey. I was in a really similar situation, having come to YorkieTalk the day my beautiful girl Minnie died, feeling completely shattered. This forum really helped me a lot, and a couple of months later I got my Cookie Monster from Deb and this pup is just so incredible. Cookie was so confident the first day I got her. She was of course a little scared when I picked her up from the plane ride, but as soon as I got her home to play in the backyard and ran around with her a bit she climbed up on my chest and started giving me tons of kisses. Cookie has the exact temperment I told Deb I was looking for: snuggly and sweet but also energetic with lots of terrier mischief. She is super fast and a crazy hunter; I have seen her catch and kill birds, lizards, and rabbits. I mean she is pure terrier. The size projection Deb gave me when I got her at 14.5 weeks is right on the dot more than a year later now that she is an adult. You're getting your pup from the best. And Deb is such a help to me when I have questions, especially when I first got Cookie and I was emailing or calling almost daily with questions. |
You know we gotta have pics of Mia when you get her though! |
I too got my Abby from Deb. She is always available to you night and day and I trust her 1000%. To sum it up. Deb is the bomb diggity!!! |
Congratulations on your new lil girl. |
Congratulations on your new puppy. A friend of mine has one of Deb's pups and he is adorable. Little Willie just turned 8 yrs old and he is a strong, healthy, happy ball of adorableness. I have heard nothing but good things about Deb's puppies. |
