Four Brand New Male Puppies :) My baby, Kandi just had her first litter of 4 pups, all male. They are so sweet and tiny. My Kandi weighs 3.2 pounds and the Daddy, KoKo, a little over 4 pounds. I am not an experienced breeder at all, but I will have to sell these babies when they are ready. I live near Springfield, Missouri if anyone in the area can give me some tips on what to charge or if anyone is interested in maybe getting one, please get in touch with me. Thanks :aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork JLisaLo@aol.com |
Congrats on your babies! Your momma seems really small though, did she make it through the labor ok? Are the pups going to be registered? I live near Wichita, KS, & the average price here for AKC registered male pups is about $700-$800. That's the average. I bought my AKC male for $500 in Hutchinson, KS. Hope this gives you some insight. Do you have pics? |
Glad to hear Kandi came through it okay. I would check the going rate in your area for deciding what to charge for the pups. |
I am looking for two brother Yorkies.. you are not in my area but do you have pictures of the pupps? Maybe we can work something out. Let me know. Thanks. |
I'm so glad Kandi and the pups came through with no complications! Good luck selling the puppies :) |
Congrats on the new puppies, Im so glad mommy and babies did well. I would love to see pictures. |
I'm glad your little girl made it safely through the delivery. But I thought from your other thread that there were 5 puppies. Did she lose one? I hope not. :( |

I e-mailed you on your AOL address |
Are you selling them all or are you giving them away like you said in the original thread (2 puppies)? |
Congrats! I was so worried about little Kandi. I wish I lived closer to your area, so I could see the babies! I been to your town 2 summers ago while traveling to Branson. You live in a beautiful area and I love it there. |

I was wondering the same thing. |
You commented about the vet remarking about the sacks. Did she have a c-section or was she just delivering at the vets office since this is a first litter for you and her? |

Awww, new babies, Congratulations! |
Thanks Kimberley. I missed that while I was gone. |
Hello everyone: I have been very very busy the past couple of days, thought I would let everyone know that Kandi and her babies are doing very well. I do suspect that she is maybe neglecting one. He is the very tiniest and soooo sweet. I call him Murphy and have decided that I want him for my very own. My vet told me that there could be something wrong with him and that maybe she senses that where we can't tell from just looking, I really hope that this isn't the case because my heart will break into. Someone asked if I was giving them away. I have promised one to my ex-husband and my brother and the other one besides Murphy I will sell. If anything changes I will definitely post it because alot of people here have been emailing me that are interested. If anyone has any advice on what to do about Murphy such as bottle or tube feeding please let me know, Thanks! |
Lisa, if you have doubts about Murphy please go to the vet and let him check him out and show you how to bottle feed the correct way. You don't want him asperating the milk instead of swallowing it. I heard somewhere if you let the little one feed by himself first and then put the others back he might get the nourshment that he's missing, this way he may be able to catch up... |
