YEA!! Everything went great. Was a little worried about all the green stuff and green sac before the third so naturally I called the vet (who were in a staff meeting) so I called an emergency clinic and they said it was fine. :) PHEW! So first contraction started at 10:50am and puppies came at:
1st puppy - boy - 12:29pm
2nd puppy - girl - 12:37pm
3rd puppy - girl - 3:30pm
4th puppy - girl - 4:45pm

That was a long sitting. :) I was by her side the whole time though. She needed help with the first 3 sacs and all the umbilical cords but other than that she did it all. I'll post pic's and weights soon. Just letting her sleep for a little bit.

Congrats on your babies!! Been watching your post and thought they would never get here LOL. Hope mom and babies continue to do well. Can't wait to see pics.

Thank you guys. I am so excited. The puppies weights were:
Boy - 4.7 oz
Girl - 4.3 oz
Girl - 4.7 oz
Girl - 3.3 oz

They were born yesterday and I just weighed them today and their weights are right about the same. Shouldn't they be gaining a bunch? Any time I take the puppies out to weigh them the mama runs over and tries to grab them from me. She is very protective. No biting or growling but just shaking some when I take one to weigh it. They are all latching on every time I check on them. Not sure what to do.

for the first 2 weeks, I weigh the puppies 2 or 3 times a day and even more if I am concerned about one of them. I have learned to never let them lose weight. For me, that is my signal that I need to do something right away. Either supplement or make sure the puppy losing is getting some alone time with mom, every situation is different but I always intervene if they lose weight....

Are their weights exactly the same with no gain whatsoever? Post today's weights.
Mine typically gain 1/2 oz to ounce a day...and usually the latter.

Is momma producing plenty of milk?

They are all doing great. Mama sometimes think that she is a hen and to sit on the pups so I have to try to get that to stop. But everything seems to be great. Has a little dark green discharge that the vet says is normal. He said to call in Tuesday if it is still happening. Wish I knew how to get those stains out though.
Weights are doing good I think. Here they are.
Boy #1 - Day 1 - 4.7oz Day 6 - 5.8oz
Girl #1 - Day 1 - 4.3oz Day 6 - 5.9oz
Girl #2 - Day 1 - 4.7oz Day 6 - 6.0oz
Girl #3 - Day 1 - 3.3oz Day 6 - 4.2oz

I finally have a little bit of my little Roxy back. She is leaving the babies for short burst to say hi to us. :)
