Chanel;s Whelping area is ready... 1 Attachment(s) I started yesterday, and finished it today, this time I moved one of the guest bed from the guest room to the room, I got tired of sleeping in the beach chair for so many days...:p here's the link to her the album.. Aww! - I don't know why, but I looked at it and all I got was aww; maybe it's the bows- or the anticipation of little 'uns being right there! I think most women would be happy enough having a baby in there! Good call on the guest bed- a chair doesn't sound nice at all. I cheat- I bring the babies to me instead; so the momma doesn't feel out of place- I tried having them in the spare room and me camping out in there, but there was no point, and she wanted back into her room (ie My room) so babies were moved- plus, that way I get to keep my comfy bed ;) |
Looks like you've got everything all set up and ready. It almost makes me want to be there to watch and help. hmmm, if i recall from my trips to lake Hopatcong you're about 40 minutes from me. :D |
Wow, i didn't realize how incredibly prepared you need to be like with the bed and everything...I honestly know nothing about breeding but it's great that you are prepared for anything!!! Now this may sound really dumb but is whelping the actual birth of the puppies or is the whole time span of the female getting ready to birth, the labor, the after birth consider whelping? |
