Its hard to tell if they are pregnant the first month. Or at least I had a hard time seeing any major signs. Take her for a sono if you want to be 100% sure around her 30 day mark.

YorkieTalk does not have a 24 hour support team for this kind of situation...;)

:confused: I dont have a mentor. I am not really in need of 24 hour assistance, but thanks for the info...

Just trying to get some info. I put that I placed the info on the breeding site because ppl kept saying this should be posted on the breeder forum...

So I let every1 know that i have already did that so they can stop posting it

How is posting that Breeders are not here for 24 hour support so, there obviously can be a delay in response negative...?

And I suppose it's also wrong to direct this person to her "mentor", too?

Maybe Jeanie will volunteer her breeding wisdom since it seems that the OPer has not had her questions answered. Wouldn't that be very nice :)

& Yorkietweetie, you will get responses to your post...just give it time. We have some very knowledgable folks here. But the important thing is to have your vet ready in case of problems. And even more importantly, have yourself educated so you can see the problems as they are happening, & ready for your vet without needing to ask our breeders here. YT's breeders are very knowledgable, but all of YT takes un-necessary deaths very hard. This is a subject that is very passionate with our members, & sometimes things can be said nastily. Best to educate yourself & not need the wisdom of our breeders when time is of the essence. (whelping time)

Best of luck on the whelping. Keep us posted on your situation! Oh, & we love pics.....well...at least I do:P

I did not refer to any one post or any one poster. I just advised her to ignore all negative posts. So if you don't feel that your post was negative, why would you feel that I was referring to you??? :confused:

Actually those are two different dogs, but they are littermates. I love this picture of Hallie.
