hi,
has anyone heard of fcs precious yorkies - breeder: judy Dostal
baby doll face yorkies - prices start at $3500 american or canadian dollars?
breeder is located in canada,

any info would be appreciated

Since you asked in the other section, I did some checking.
There are a couple of red flags to me (but I am not a breeder)
Her sire is 2.5lb and her dam is 4lbs. To me, that is too small.

As she is located in Canada, I would assume she is meaning Canadian dollars.

I am sure someone can give you better information:)

Go with your gut on this one, but I recommend you keep searching...you live in NY I'm sure you'll find a great breeder. Just ask other NYers to see who they recommend and go with your gut, if something doesn't feel right then there is probably something wrong. Don't get blinded by an adorable face, and careful with the "doll-face" as breeders who breed for the short snouts like that I think are breeding away from the standard (not a breeder and the AKC standard isn't too specific on muzzle length).

A pet only yorkie, even from the best of breeders shouldn't cost you $3500.

There are a ton of threads here about the "doll-face" term as well, do a quick search and read up so you don't get scammed into an unhealthy pup.

Just the fact that she is calling them 'doll faced' is a huge red flag IMO.

Too many red flags. You have some great breeders in the tri-state area. Continue to search.

I agree, way too many red flags. Price is way over inflated as well for a pet puppy.
