I wish it was closer to me... i would go ! Learning is never enough ! XOXO |
I just got one of her books-i'd love to go, but its just not convenient right now. |
OK.. is there anyone on here who IS planning to attend? I would love to attend. I would love it even more if I knew someone else who is attending. |
Does anyone know if she gives classes in different states? I would love to go to one. If she only does it in California I would be willing to fly to see one. |
Wow, this seminar sounds awesome! I would go in a heartbeat if one was being held one closer to me...........I'm always eager to learn more. |
I would absolutely LOVE to attend! I'm from the Salinas Valley, which is just south of San Jose. Although I now live in Michigan, maybe I can plan a trip back home, visit Mom and my sister and go to this seminar! Thank you for posting this information so timely. There is now time to plan. |
I am definitely going to the seminar. Got my tickets and reserved my room. I have 3 friends who are joining us.....so I hope those of you who can attend will leave thinking this is the best seminar you have ever attended. Myra has a website where you can see where she will be doing her seminars this year: Myra Savant Harris |
Would love to attend also but need one closer. How about the New England area? LOL... However CA in the summer does sound wonderful. How many breeders have an intensive care set up for their newborns? Sub Q fluids? Needles? Warmers? Oxygen supply? Suction machine? Etc. I just finished a set up a week ago after my little Emma suffered aspiration pneumonia and had to spend 24 hours in ICU after full cardiac/respiratory arrest. I posted a thread on her, but after having that happen, I decided I would never be without an ICU set up again. After doing CPR on her and getting her back I had no way to suction her or to deliver oxygen to her until I could get help. That long agonizing trip to the ER clinic was the absolute worst. That helpless feeling with her was bad enough, and those little gasping pups that no matter what you do they just fail and die. As a registered nurse myself, I promised after what happened to Emma, I would set this ICU up and may never need it, but at least it is there. |
I wish it were closer! I would LOVE to go to one of these seminars! |
response to yorkielady06 re ICU This past December, I was able to save a weanling puppy by use of sub q fluids. This is the first time this has happened to me; and I love the idea of having oxygen and suction machine on hand. I will be looking into doing that as soons as possible!!! |
I will tell you the suction machine was $190.00 bucks new and the oxygen can be done in different ways. I chose to do an oxygen concentrator machine and own it myself over the bulky and scary tanks. The tanks you can rent for like $75 bucks a year and then it was $26 bucks per refill. I however chose to buy the concentrator so that I never have to refill and it is portable. The concentrator was $400 bucks and came with a 3 yr warranty, all the tubing and 4 complete set ups also. |
I went to one of her seminars in Canada and it was AWESOME!!! I learned alot and would suggest her seminars to everyone!! |
