Finally she agreed and we even made her have the money back for him so we technically paid for him because the police told us as there was no exchange of money when he came back to us legally she could have claimed him back.
So for anyone homing an animal make sure there is a exchange of money even if its only £1 and with Ebony's due litter her puppies wont be handed over without a contract and receipt being signed by myself and new parent covering myself if puppies are brought back for any reason. Even if a friend buys her babies. Make it a matter of the homing process. x x x Let us know what happens! x

Please don't take this wrong but if I am reading this right you sold a pup at 9 weeks old, personally for me this is a big no no. For me its a minimum of 12 weeks before I would even think of letting them go.
