One of the things I did not plan for was the amount of time involved from pregnancy to pups going home. Bella Mia became pregnant in May and now it is October last pup went home Sunday. I am also in the medical field and I think us medical folks worry a bit more. I found that I wanted to be home with Bella Mia and then with the pups to keep that constant eye out for any problems before during and after. It was an absolute WONDEFUL experience for me but I want more knowledge so it will be quite awhile before I breed again. Good Luck to you! |
Thanks for the response. I was using Huddersfield Ben more as an example of breeding true to type than as a representation of the modern Yorkie. You explained it much better than I. |

Thinking about it when I was worried Bella Mia had Mastitis my concern was actually a good thing because she had it and I picked it up sooner than later because I knew what I was looking for. Then again when Sherman was constipated I was convinced he was having a siezure because of the drooling :confused: heeheeeheeee ooooops! |
