Taking temp. SHould you take thetempture the same time everyday? Avery is at day 58 I took it yesterday morning and night, but I didnt get to this morning. I just wanted to know if I took it now or is it better to do it around the same time everyday? Christina |
I take mine at the same time everyday :) (give or take) I just write the time down when I take it but I like to have their pattern set so I can see the changes. |
The same time is best for a more accurate picture, just do the best you can :) I know I had trouble with the night time one, I get busy with stuff and forget or get in late...I just did it as close as I could. How many babies are you expecting? |
I have been trying to take it the same time or at least about. I am not too sure how many she will have. She is bigger than my other by3 pds and I didnt get an x-ray done. I have felt two well they were in different spots so I hope it is not just one big one. Do they move to different horn or just stay in the same one? I am getting a little excited and the nerves are starting to move. |
I am not sure what you mean when you say do they move to a different horn. They stay in the same horn until born, if that is what you mean. If it is a singleton you could still feel it in different places at different times on the mom's tummy. If you suspect only one pup I would suggest an xray to check the pup's size. |
yes that was what I wastalking about, thanks for clearing that up. I think she feels like she is having at least two, but from all of the one litters I have been seeing it just worries me. I was told that in her other litter she had 4. I am not sure if that matters much considering that each litter is different. I used the same stud that I use for my other gal Lola and she has had 4 pups each litter. Ialso heard that the girl determines the litter number and the boy the sex. Again not 100% on that I could be wrong. Time is getting close though WEd marks 63 days from the first tie. |
