The aspca could not have taken them if the police are involved.. for they would find this out very quicly. Sounds to me she has been watched by someone knowing when she leaves her house.. if she was not gone long.. they seemed to have been right there.. IMO probably watching for her to leave.. for this is generally how thiefs work..most are not random, but people being watched so thieves know there schedule.. Are you allowed to have that many dogs in a residential area? In Pa. you aren't. I hope they find the dogs and that they're all safe. :animal-pa |
