top yorkie breeders? Can you all give me some names of the top tier yorkie breeders? I'm not ready right now but when I am, I want to get my yorkie from only the best. :) Thanks, Briana |
Check out Deb Sillers at amazingyorkies.com She is a show breeder and gives one of the best guarantee's I have seen..she does not always put all her puppies on her web site neither.. hope this helps.. anne |
I would look at the breeders on the YTCA web-site if you want the "best". |

Most of the YTca members have the "best lines" out there and have been dedicated to the Yorkie breed for years. You need to do the research on what type of Yorkie it is that you want. Example: shorter and cobby or taller and elegant. You need to contact some of them and ask questions and see pictures of their dogs. There are some nice breeders in Canada also that have fabulous dogs. Are you interested in showing or do you just want a pet? These breeders will want to know what your intentions are before you are considered or put on a waiting list for a puppy. |
Ladyhawkyorkies is right down there where you are and she is a breeder/exhibitor and also has puppies right now I think. I will dig a little for you because I am not sure if that is her kennel name or not. |
I just checked and it is Lady Hawk Yorkshire Terriers - Home. It says on her website she has none available right now but I think she just had a litter. |

If you want, tell her I think they are adorable! :D |
I am looking for yorkies that have a short, cobby body and tiny faces(or short muzzles, w/big eyes), small ears and a gorgeous shiny coat!:) About 3.5-4 pounds full grown, like my maltese. Any ideas of reputable breeders that sell those type of yorkies? I am also willing to get a yorkie, show or pet quality, from out of the country. Lady Hawk Yorkies are beautiful!! But not exactly what I'm loooking for. |

That's why you come across older puppies available whose breeders held them back for show but they didn't make size. |
