we r having puppies right now. I WAS A WEEK OFF on her due date. I thought she wasn't having them until next week. She had one on the way to vet:eek: We had 4 at the vets and one at home so far. We are waiting for 2 more.

Hopefully Dixie will be having hers tonight temp is down to 97.9
she is licking like crazy and restless and uncomfortable.

Woohoo.........puppies, puppies, everywhere! It's a puppy explosion :D!

Seven expected for one, 7 making their entrance as we speak, and sounds like Dixie will be whelping sometime today/tonight. How exciting!

Congrats to the puppies that are here and much luck for those on the way! Can't wait to see pictures of ALL these puppies!

We lost one puppy and one is struggling to breath a bit. we are waiting on the last puppy but its been a few hours and no contractions so I'm getting a little worried.:confused:

Thank you I'm starting to think that we miss counted in the xray. I can't feel a puppy in her. I hope that we miss counted. I will call the vet in the morning. If my struggling puppy is still alive in the morning I will go get some milk for him and try to feed him. I can't get him to nurse.

Had the same problem with one pup I used the beef liver receipe, and goats milk with a glass eye dropper, pup stated sucking it down and is now nursing on his own. Congrats to all!!!!! Also use a dab of nutrical 5 times a day this will help to. Good luck keep us posted. Blondschillin:aimeeyork

We lost two puppies the little guy that was stuggling passed at around one last night, but we have four squirmy, noisie boys. I took mama to the vet this morning and no more pups so were are done and everyone is well. Very stressful.

Sorry for the 2 you lost, but I am sure the 4 that survived will bring you much love. Sending you love and prayers for continued good health with the others. Hopefully you will be able to get some rest now yourself.
