I, like Mardelin, use baby wipes . My baby puppies are not batheed. They can make some of the worst messes ever at this age and even worse when they start getting into their food with all four feet and bellies dragging in it. LOL Also, mine are never outside until they are almost ready to go to their new homes. About twelve weeks. | Okay -- no baths yet. I did get a couple of the multi-packs of baby wipes, so I am all set on that. I got a taste of the feeding mess yesterday -- whoa! As to outside, I will wait but I didn't have them on the ground or anything -- just in their basket/bed with a nice fleece blanket, sitting at the patio table with me. It was so warm I did not think about them getting too cold and did not think of the chance of catching anything. I would not have them down on the ground definately until all their shots and probably not til they go to their new homes. But I will wait on outside of any kind.
A lot of experience between you and Mardelin so I have to pay attention :) I appreciate the advice. It is nice that I get my questions answered and then also find out things I did not know enough to question. You all will get us through this, yet. I am really loving it, although the sleep deprivation is not pretty. |
