Yes, I do, they are extremely nice people to do business with and shipping is free.

I save more than 40% by ordering through them compared to buying retail.

I just got all of my information about how to order direct and I was really shocked at the prices - what a hiuge savings, and I don't have to lug the bags out of a store. : ) Haha

Have you ordered the "puppy packages"? Are they good things to send to new owners? I am making my own puppy packages right now with all kinds of information, as well as the AKC puppy packages, but it would be nice to add some more good information to the packages I send.

Yes, I order the puppy packages. You can never get too much information and they're free. They have sections on "Care", "Nutrition", "Training", "Health Care", and "First Aid". There's also an "Immunization and Health Record" to record your puppy's information. A place for your pets information such as name, date of birth, etc and your vet information. The package also comes with a 10 oz sample of the food of your choice. So, it's a very nice package.

Okay, I ordered my puppy packages last Friday. The website said that it takes 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, so I figured it would be at least a month before I got anything.

Well, I got my puppy packages from the UPS guy TODAY! How awesome is that? And, the little food sample bags have coupons on them and the infromation packet is WAY better than I thought it would be - it's like a little book with a shot record and everything! I am loving this! Every breeder who uses RC should get in on the breeder program!!!!

I just wanted to comment that today when I went to petsmart I decided to get a bag for my 2 yorkies--got the yorkie formula, anyways--I have never, ever seen them gobble the food down so fast. I really think that they thought it was a bowl of treats!!!! I will have to feed them in the morning when I put them in their kennels so they don't steal each other's food.

MIne have been on RC since they were 8wk..I do order my food from the crown partners and have no complaints with them. They get the orders out fast.

I started my puppies out on two bags of the Royal Canin Mini Puppy and they absolutely thrived on it. I forgot I had some in a treat bag and caught one of my adults digging into it the other day! I find the prices in store are pretty daunting, but will try this direct thing and see if it makes a difference.
