Parti puppies... how do you breed them? do you breed a parti to a reg. and get a parti or just carriers? if you breed a carrier to a parti do you get partis? how does this work? and when someone says they are carriers, how can you tell? thanks, renae |
I hope someone responds soon to your question. I am curious about parti's as well. One of my girls was born with a white patch on her chest. Someone told me this was a sign she could be a parti carrier. I was also wondering what the difference was between a parti and biewer? They look the same to me but I am sure there is some kind of difference. :D |

A lot of yorkies are born with a white spot on their chest even tho it is small. AKC shows even allow for a white patch on chest up to a certain size. Almost all of mine have been born with a white spot on chest or a white toe or foot. In fact, that is how I tell the newborns apart. The white place is always shaped different. it is fairly common and does not all mean they are carriers. The white patch usually turns a beautiful tan/gold eventually. |
