Congratulations Taffy and Carmen!!!!!!!! Wow I can't believe only 4 puppies, as big as her belly was, I thought their was going to be 10! Hahaha





Bailey and I just got back from the vet and we are expecting 5. Yay! We are so excited!

I know but they are big babies... the sonogram lady was wrong, she told us 5 to 7, but I am glad is only 4 since I had 3 Very nice homes lined up for sure and another posible 2 now i don't have to search for any more good homes for them..

My little four went for their dew claws and tails today. All gaining like mad, thank heavens!

Congradulations Taffy and Carmen on your new editions!! im so happy!! looks like the boys and girls are tied now :).. im glad everything ended up good and im happy that i could be here for your support.. i guess reeses will have to be the one to break the tie.. todays her due date but she is showing no signs that she is going into labor, no nesting, a little panting here and there, her temp went back up to 99.9 yesturday night and today it went down to 98.9 huuuuh! this temp. thing really can drive a person crazy.. soo yea thats all thats going on, on this side of town...

WOW!! Five Puppies!! you must be really excited! do you have any belly pictures of her?? how much did she weigh before, and how much now?

UPDATE ON REESES: well her temp was a whopping 101.1 this morning and 30 minuets ago i took her temp and it dropped all the way down to 98.9 GOSH! i think that means we will be expecting puppies within the next 12 to 24 hours! but ill keep you all posted.. i still havent posted her belly pics, i cant seem to find the USB Cord for my camera :confused: so im gonna try to take some with my computer right now, then comes trying to figure out how to put them up here for you all to enjoy...:confused: lol yea soo youll be hearing from me more within the next hour or so

I do have a belly picture and an xray picture. Let me know what you think. :D The xray is kinda hard to see on the picture.... But we could see them good at the vets office. She weighed 7 pounds before and now she weighs 10 almost 11lbs.

Thank you soo much for sharing with me! i havent gotten a xray of Reeses tummy she is actually due today, this is her 63rd day. she weighted 7 pounds as well before being bred, and now she weights 9 1/2 pounds, i was hoping for 5 puppies lol but seeing that yours almost weights 11 and mine barley weights 10 i guess i can hope for four and be ready for a def. 3! the xray is a little unclear but i have counted 5 spines :D congratulations! thanks soo much

Yay!!!! The time is VERY close for you!!! I think Reeses also has 5! :D Has she shown any signs that shes going to have them soon? any nesting? what about her temp? If Bailey doesn't go on her 63rd day, I will be very sad because I am so excited for these puppies to come, I don't want to wait any longer! LOL best of luck to you and Reeses, I will keep you in my prayers for a safe whelp and keep me posted. I am super excited for you too! :D

Awww thanks!! :D well her temp dropped today to 98.9 and all day its been 98. something an hour ago it was 98.6 im guessing she will have them either tonight or the next morning.. but if she doesnt i will also be very sad! :( ive been waiting sooooo long it seems, and finally the day has come and she isnt even acting like anything is going on, she wont eat anything we give her ( a sign) i put her in her whelping box she nested alittle bit, but i think it was just so she can be comfortable (lol) because she stopped after everything was just right for her. other then that nothing... your prayers would be greatly appreciated thanks soo much... ive been so nervous, and at the end of the day i really just hope everything goes good and everything stays safe...

oh girls, my prayers are with you, let me tell you once the temp drops to 98 it can take long, it took Taffy 24 hours to go into heavy labor and whelping, I stayed up 2 days with her, the poor thing could not find a spot to get confortable but once the hard contractions starts is a matter of minutes.. then is up to the pups to show up.. she had the first put at 11pm and the last one at 3 am.. best of luck to you both and I can't wait to hear that everythig went perfect and to see the pictures of the new darling little ones..
