Young male, can't figure out how to, You Know My 7month old male is having trouble finding the Target. He gets shy when I attempt to help, but my female is some frusterated. I need to know if this is normal or if I am in for big problems later. What can I do to help them, or should I just ignore them and hope for the best? HELP:confused: |
How old is your female? I'm not a breeder, but, I think the breeders on here will tell you 7 mos. is too young to be breeding a male |
Well, for starters, your male is waaayyyy too young to breed. That could be a factor in why he's not 'performing' as he should. (Not to mention, at 7 months, you can't even determine if he will end up as a quality adult that should be bred.) He's too young. Give him time to grow up, see how he turns out, have him evaluated, and then go from there. |
Bless his heart, he's just a puppy!! His sperm isn't even mature and you could have pups with birth defects if you got pups at all. Give the kid some time to grow up, what's your hurry? Take some tome and get some more education so that if he is worthy to be bred you will both be ready when the time is right. |
