Well considering that this is the second one today that has been dug up form the tomes with this particular breeder I wonder if that mean someone else has had issue with this person. I sure hope not, I couldn't' find a web site which means she has probably changed the name but doubtful that she has stopped ripping people off.

I am actually the leading Humane Officer heading the case that seized all of her dogs 2 weeks ago. We are trying to establish a trend, I posted on here to see if anyone could provide any records of their purchased puppy. In case this goes to trial and she does not plead out we want to have AS MUCH information possible to make it possible for her to never own or sell animals again. She is currently facing over 200 counts of animal cruelty

Depending on the individual account settings, an email may have been sent to any previous posters on this thread to let them know there have been new replies, if they still have a current email addy.

You can also send a PM to anyone that has posted, just click their user name and a dropdown menu will appear, then click 'Send a Private Message to xxxx'. That will also generate an email to their address on file.

Oh that is wonderful news....

If you open a new thread stating that you the (Humane Society) have seized and are trying to shut her down for good and that you are looking for anyone who has a paper trail of their dealings with her you may get more of a response. It would also help if you listed all of her known aliases and kennel names that she has used.

This breeder is sickening. How in the world does a breeder like this get her hands on champion yorkies?

She had the same phone number for a long time and advertised every day in the Beacon Journal for years. Who has pups for sale every day.:confused::mad:

I am so happy to hear that they have taken her dogs but why did it take so long.

Did someone say she had a champion, that must have been something she made up. It hurt her when she could no longer list her dogs AKC she tried using her Mother as owner and every scam in the book but she kept going and they built a new home on these poor little things that froze to death in the winter and thrown in the trash that even the trash man reported.

God Bless all of you that worked so hard to have this happen, I and others tried and did get her on paper work but never thought the day would come that this would happen.

It's just wonderful.

Well that's frigin AWESOME! To have law enforcement interact on here requesting information. My hat's off to you sir or ma'am!

For trend, I watched the video in this thread of the 5 minute TV news spot. There's an officer that speaks in the video, he says something about following the complaints against her since ???(I can't recall the year he stated, 1978??).

If it's easier for you, I'm sure we could start some additional threads here in the YorkieTalk forums and link them back to this thread.

Additionally, what you need is direct information and supporting documents for/from those who have purchased pets and/or interacted with this person. Points of contact information for them would help them reach you more directly.

If you look at the males listed on her website you will see three champion males and many that are champion sired.

I personally don't know of this breeder but that news report is awfully grim and apparently this has been a long-time problem and many dogs have lived and no doubt died miserably there. They had over 100 dogs at that one location!!! Great news that those caged, abused and neglected dogs have been rescued and now get a chance to have a future good life. Hope the court throws the book at these monsters and rules that they can no longer legally own and further mistreat any dogs in that county.
