Pearl's Babies - Update
Pearl had her puppies (3 boys, 1 girl) on June 30. They are all doing well and now weigh from 9.4 oz. up to 1 pound 2 ounces. They all opened their eyes last week and are starting to explore. I haven't really kept them confined; just have had them on an old blanket with the edges rolled up to make a nest. They're in my computer room so I see them a lot. Well, after their eyes opened, they started to climb out and pee on the floor next to their nest. I've put some paper down around it and now they all climb out and use the paper. It's really the cutest thing to see. This is the earliest I've ever started potty training; one of them i caught climbing out to poop on the paper when Mom wasn't around. I'm really proud of them...such good instincts. I'll post some new pics soon; I had to buy new batteries for my camera and they're charging now but just thought I'd share how they're doing at potty pre-school :D. :aimeeyork :animal-pa :animal-pa :animal-pa :animal-pa :) |
