Wiggly knee in a puppy....?? If a puppy has a wiggly knee at 12 weeks of age, not lp or even a grade 1, just wiggly (according to the vet) does this mean it will have a high grade of lp or will it get stronger and be ok.... just opinions or experiences you may of had. |
Don't quote me on it but I think the ligaments and tendons are more pliable now because the pup is young. As they get older and their growth has stopped it will be firmer. |
I have a male that had 'loose knees' when I got him. He is now just fine. I've heard that many Yorkies, especially small ones, can have loose knees but that they usually firm up. Seems like it all depends on just how 'loose' they are. |
