3 to go. she is pushing this one around though. Should he be nursing yet?

How long between puppies is normal?

Sometimes they will go one or two hours between pups and sometimes even longer. Some puppies are ready to eat right away. If mom is not having hard contractions then you can try to get the pup to nurse. Also give mom some Nutri-cal in between pups.

Congratulations on the first little boy!! Keep 'em comin'.

Somtimes two are born right after each other... sometimes it's a waiting game.... Best of luck with the birth of the rest of the litter....

I will be watching for updates!! :)

one boy and 3 girls and so lovely. All well and pretty easy except for me cutting the last one's umbilical cord too close. o my. she is the tiniest one also.
