It is really good news. I told Lorie i would give her a call next week, to see how Catherine is doing. I want to wait until then because she is going to have her hands full with 3 females getting ready to deliver.

Glad to hear she is doing better ,prayers coming for her family.and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Here is part of an email I received from Lorie.

We checked out the link, how WONDERFUL to know so many people care for our mom!! Thanks to one and all! she is talking some more, her voice is very soft, weak but she's holding her own so far. Haley went into labor at ll:45pm and had A pup at 12:25am, 4 ounces, female Yeah!! But that was it. We waited til after 2am but she just wanted her puppy so we put her pen on the bed with Teri and she checked her every 30 min for a couple hours but nothing else happened. She did this a couple times before Rene said. So 1 down 2 to go.
We'll try sending the pics in a couple hours

Just wanted to give y'all an update on How Catherine is doing and the new mommies and pups.



Lori.......... We had a friend take our camera with the puppys picture to her computor and send them to you, so look for an e-mail from denisebob in reference to Manda's pup. So keep an eye out for it and let us know if you receive it. The puppy is getting so cute, especially since she has her eyes open. The saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words" but it still doesn't display just how cute she is, but its the best we can do.
Haley had one pup at 12:30 am on the l9th, then Leah had two pups {M & F) starting at 11:35 PM on the 19th, the same day only eleven hours apart ! !, and they are doing fine. Halle had three pups today.
Our mom has had some problems, fluid in both lungs, they took about 1/2 quart out of one lung yesterday and are doing the other one today, also she cannot swallow too good now and cant eat much of anything because she chokes. so they are doing speech therapy to strengthen her throat muscles. She may be released to a local nursing home in a few days for rehab to get her walking and eating again. So she is still having a hard time in several ways and weak.

My continued thoughts and prayers...

Just wanted to let everyone know that Catherine is doing alot better and has been home to see the new puppies several times. She is currently staying at a nursing home due to having to relearn alot after the heart attack. Lorie asked me to put a post about the pups that are still available but I have to wait until they are 10 weeks to post in the Yorkies for sale section. If anyone is curious or is looking for a puppy send me a private email and I will give you the info that Lorie gave to me.
