But I have to add this too. Like our puppie was "Pet Quality" puppies only with that being said keep in mind our female Tiffanie was the larger Yorkie which threw people off and kept them for even viewing them due to thinking ALL of our puppies was bigger, there for we had to keep ours longer and let them be adopted from $400.00 to $600.00, so how could I afford to get each of our puppies 8 puppies spayed or neutered, plus feed them, plus shots and vet checks and 2 was given away free. Does this make sense? This is some of what I mean when I say NO there is no money to be made at breeding Yorkies at least at our house there isn't. So to try to prevent this from happening we have a strict spay/neuter contract for each of our 8 puppies that have been adopted out or given away.
So I'm trying to figure out a way to make sure this doesn't happen with Sage and Galahads' future litters so I know these lines are protected and they are safe from others just throwing 2 Yorkies together and having puppies. Just not sure what to do yet or how to do it. To me this is a good thread to get others thoughts here on this. |
