Looks like Mr. Blue has latched on and has no intentions of letting go now! LOL! I'm so glad to see these two are improving and to see what little fighters they are!

Yesterday's thread broke my heart. I couldn't stop thinking about it all last night. I went through something similar years ago while helping to birth my mother's cat's litter. One by one they kept passing away until I think we had two left. It broke my heart and I can't count the tears I cried. You feel so helpless while doing everything you can. I know that all of you are spent right now, both emotionally and physically. I hope you find comfort in these three that remain and that you can all get some rest soon.

Naming is hard, I'm going to have to run this one by the lady.

Beckham has been stressing out too, as you can see from a picture this morning he is getting rest.

(I know his hair cut is funny, we get him a scotty type cut with short lower half since he loves playing fetch in the parks all that hair would become a mess)


I think Blue and Purple is cute for now, as they can't hear just yet. But I'll get with the lady and get back with you on that Debbie :thumbup:

Ha ha! I looked at that photo and thought "What the!? What is on his penis!?" Then I realized that was his paw pad! LOL!

Mr. Blue reminds me of that song from the 70's by Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) called "Mr. Blue Sky".

This morning at 7 am Mr. Blue is 4.5 oz. and Mr. Purple is 4 oz!

Fat and happy is what we want...

As far as I know it is doing well. The vet that has it took vacation last week to help it out, the vet is a Scotty breeder and said she had raised a few pups with clefts before providing surgery when it is needed. She said when it gets healthy enough we can arrange a meeting to let the mom see her. I believe it was a her sorry its been such a traumatic week.

Kelly..... I LOVE the song! It's very happy. I hope Steve keeps him as Mr. Blue! Now Mr. Purple just doesn't sound right.

Mr. Purple is an oxymoron :D We'll have to find a name for the little tough guy. My girl named Beckham after the well known soccer player. The yorkshire my dad owns I named Neo for short his long name is Sir Neopolis Van Winkerman (he came from two champions but wasn't show quality). And my brother own's Neo's brother apply named Astro after the baseball team and for his giddy attitude.

I like the name Mr. Blue though, reminds me of that movie Old School where Will Ferrel says "Your my boy, Blue!". Not sure who all has seen that movie here.

I'll listen to that song shortly. Edit: Listened to it, good song brings a smile :)

Deb, you have done a super job!!! The babies look great. I'm sure Steve thanks his lucky stars everyday for you. Things should start to calm down for you soon. Hugs and well wishes! :bighug:

Puppies are doing great. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm not staying away to be mean. I'm going to be sending all pictures to Steve, as well as updates, so that he and Natasha can post...that way they can feel more involved since they are THEIR dogs... so don't worry when you don't see me on these posts.
