Anyone have Dun-Rovin dogs? I was looking at Ellie's pedigree and her dad was from the Dun-Rovin line (mostly). I don't see this name anywhere online but I think her dad may have been standard and maybe her mom wasn't. I wouldn't mind seeing some dogs from her dad's line. Has anyone heard of Dun-Rovin (good or bad) or have one of these Yorkies? I was also just reading that Judabob is really popular. Judabob Jimbo of Dun-Rovin (I think) is five generations back. |
What do you mean by "might have been a standard and mom might not"? The Judabob line is an older kennel. I dont even know if they are still breeding anymore. they used to do some showing and had a few champions years ago. I dont know anything about dun-rovin. |
Two of my girls came from the Judabob Kennel is Florida. Mrs. parsley has finsihed man, many Judabob champions and almost as many Wildweir She was one of the greatest show people in her time. Her health has failed in the past two or three years. She tuned the line over to her kids who ruined the line then sold it to a breeder I wouldn't buy a shoe from. i know all this because I have spoken to Mrs. parsley daughter with in the past few months. i was going to go to Florida to buy more Judabob dogs. i am in love with them. there are a few breeders around that still have them. Sadly, Mrs. Kathleen Parsley, founder of the line has Alzheimers. As far as the other line you asked about, I never heard of them. i would love to find a couple of gals or guys with Judabob top and bottom going back to the old line. |

I am trying to study Yorkie bloodlines online but it is very difficult. Google is so limited and I am not serious enough about it right now to actually talk to the breeders of these dogs. I feel like I would have to want to buy from them... Right now I am in love with NicNak's. I don't know much about the line but they are so pretty.:) I really like the Yorkies with the rich golden faces. |
I found a Dun Rovin Cindy Su in this pedigree when I googled it. It's not in red so she wasn't a champion. If that's the case in Ellie's pedigree, it would explain why no one has heard of Dun Rovin. That really wouldn't be considered a line. http://www.elvisyorkshireterrier.com...y-pedigree.htm |

I am also seeing Melodylane (2 champions) on her dad's side. That will be my next trail. |

I found the Dunrovin labs, but I think they are totally different people. Did you keep in touch with her breeder? She'd be your best source of information about her pedigree. |

Judabob, Yorkcroft, Riverside, and Boaz?? any info?? Hello all, I am Tracy and I have two little yorkies from these lines and I am looking to find as much info as possible. I have heard that the Yorkcroft lines are from england/europe and is an old line. I have also heard that judabob is a good line also but that is all Im told. I can not find any information on the lines on the web. I have been looking for about 3 months now and decided to ask you guys if you could help. I am ready to pull out my hair! Research when you have no where to go is so frustrating! I am also looking for any info on a yorkie named sticker man. I am plaining on using these two for my foundation dogs and need to know all about their family history before I will proceed in this. Both dogs seem to be from good breeding as they are simply beautiful. Yankee my male is small dark he is still too young for me to be able to tell what he will be. My female is silver and gold almost platinum. She is gorgious. Thanks for any info or any where you could send me to find info. This is a great site Im glad I signed up. TTFN :aimeeyork Tracy |
