Beware! Once again another victim of Tiffany Coburn. This so called breeder is so unethical. As soon as someone catches on to her she changes email addresses and web addresses. Shes gone by Tisheas Yorkies and most recently Tu Co Yorkies. Shes states on her newest website its quality not quantity. What a crock. People run when you see her. She does not care about the puppies she sells. Her AKC license is suspended for not complying. On her current website there are several different emails attached to the links. My experience with her was limited I bought a puppy from her expecting one thing and got the opposite. She sold me what she described as a "teacup" 12 week old puppy and I got a 10 lbs full grown dog. I've tried contacting her but she wont reply or call me back. She didnt even send the registration papers as she stated she was. So I now hae this full grown yorkie with no papers. I should have done a little research before I bought from her. Look out peopl |
I am learning so much reading these reviews ! |
Tiffany Coburn This is an AKC document with her suspension for 10 years ('til 2016). (It's on page 7.) The document says she was in Oklahoma. http://www.akc.org/pdfs/about/board_minutes/0206.pdf |
Tiffany Coburn If anyone else has any information ~good or bad~ I would like to ask you to let me know. Either here, as a PM, or by email please. This is someone I've been talking to recently and would like to have more information. I'm really concerned. Thank you Teresa |

Hopefully this helps. This is from my experience with her. She is really nice and seems to know what shes talking about. But as soon as she gets your money its a different story. She tells a total different story in my case which is a complete lie. She knows what she does is wrong. I would run as fast as I could run from her. She has been compared to a puppy mill and has all the excuses as to why her license got suspended. I in fact learned from her. I learned from her what NOT to do as a breeder. People just do your research and visit the home. DO NOT BUY ONLINE WITHOUT SEEING FIRST. Because I can guarantee you she will not send what she says she is. |
Thanks for warning others. Unfortunately this is one of the things we were talking about in another thread about teacups. There is no way the breeder can be assured the adult size of a puppy. Responsible breeders will not tell you any certain weight. Teacup has no real meaning, way too many breeders claiming they sell teacups wind up selling puppies that do just as yours, grow over the yorkie standard. Responsbile breeders do not even use the teacup term in advertising. This site is priceless for all the information it can give new puppy buyers. I wish I had know all this before I got my very first yorkie. She was sweet and I loved her as long as she lived but I had to spay her and just enjoy her as a pet. I too, believed! It is natural to want to think everyone is honest. Too bad so many are just out for our money. I do hope you enjoy your Yorkie even though you wound up with a big one and no papers. At least you may be saving others from this person's unethical practices. |

At first, I wasn't thinking she is a bad breeder, just something she did, doesn't make me feel comfortable. But after I receive the puppy from her. I am in shock!! I am purchasing a nice quality puppy for breeding. The puppy I got is a puppy with big floppy ears like a Maltese and he has a big hernia on his belly. This breeder think it's ok that she doesn't have to mention to me at all regarding the hernia. By what she told me, she said, it's not a genetic problem, so it's not covered in her guarantee. She doesn't think it's wrong that she didn't tell me up front. |
Hmmmmm.. For the love of god, first of all, i never sold a teacup, i dont even use those words! read my website, i have champion yorkies, im not a re-seller/pet store as i found out that tiny treasures is located in cali on here. the baby popped a hernia on his navel the size of a pea, my vet charted it, and said not to mess with it, it will probably go away on its own, his mother had a c-section and they hang forcept from the navel when taking them out, it can pop a tiny navel hernia, we never noticed it BECAUSE it was so small intil the day of the vet exam, he felt something tiny, it went in and then he said wait, he may have a tiny umblical hernia, thats how small it was, that we missed it because he the tiny tiny half a pea size didnt show up! I dont have different website, i have one, i dont have numerous emails, the website if you click it, takes you to my personal email, because i have it where you can send an email to my yahoo business account and it goes straight to my personal yahoo, that way im not checking the business and the personal. First of all I was the first here in years to breed to the number 1 yorkie for the past 3 yrs running, westiminister BOB for the past 3 yrs, i have proved myself and was picked the first in years to breed to this #1 yorkies in the world, so that should tell you something. I dont really get on here as you see, because is he said she said stuff, mainly gossip, but i had a show breeder email me..but really im not going to sit here and defend myself, angel knows she is in the wrong on the dog, but we all will choice what we want to believe, my dogs show for themselves..thank you and you all have fun on here!:D |
What happened to OP? Quote:
I don't have a dog in this fight (so to speak); but, I wonder why someone posts just one thread about getting a 10-lb dog instead of a 12-week-old puppy, and then never comes back to YT? |

Can somebody tell me if they believe this is a "tiny hernia" that a breeder wouldn't notice?? Please compare this hernia to this puppy's testicle, this hernia is even bigger than his testicle!!! I wouldn't believe the breeder would never notice it unless she never hold the puppy up and play with him before. I notice right away when I was in the airport to pick him up, how could the breeder not notice??? |
Omg! what the ****, I hope you get the proper treatment for your yorkie. Those picture's that you posted looks terrible, poor baby, I know that gotta hurt him. |
