Chachi, I have a really awesome pilates video on my computer. It's saved as a video file. It has three different sections.. Butt, gutt and arms. I can email it to you if you want. It's a great video. It will surely tone you up if you use it. And the video is sectioned to ten minute intervals for each focus then a all around video at the end. Let me know. I'll message you.
