Nothing has changed with her gall bladder. I noticed her gums are starting to turn yellowish and told the vet. She said the liver will try and heal itself and its a long recovery and to make sure she eats as her liver needs something to process to hopefully push out the toxins. I really don't like the sound of her gums turning yellow. I can't remember but have you taken her to an Internal Specialist? If not please do so. They know a lot whole more than just a regular Vet. Prayers will still continue for your girl.
