LOL, I'm the same way and can't remember the settings. If memory serves, I usually start at around F-8 and 1/125, then bracket my exposure. I'm never sure about the aperature setting. Since depth of field isn't an issue unless you've got something in the foreground, seems like you could shoot at F-4 or lower...
