yes the vets want money and they will get it any way they can...they tell u lets do a fecal either way..but thats their job..to sell you stuff

Tammy...you only need ONE stool sample...gather several small bits from the pups..called a composite stool...the vet tests only one..and believe me, if one pup has worms, they all have worms...so you treat all.
If I had one adult positive for worms, I would worm all wether they had them or not because in a group of dogs it is so very rare for only one dog to have round or hooks. etc...
Does your vet require a stool check before issuing a well puppy check certificate before sale?
