Hi I just joined YorkieTalk and I have the same problem but even more so. I have two yorkies, Misha and Toby and they both have these bumps. Some look like dry skin and others look like pimples or blackheads. The vet said it was a bacterial infection, and gave them an antibiotic, but it hasn't helped. They actually seem to be getting worse.
