Other than that I came on here one more time (in this thread of course) just to get it off my email and click "no email notification". I have offered the refund as previously stated. All my emails are now personal as they were before I was so blatantly thrown under the bus by the OP. So on that note. Every other opinion is really speculation and pointless. The OP whose name is Erin should have kept it personal. Oh well. I have sold many puppies/dogs on Yt and this is just a tiny thorn. Never had one single negative thing said about any of them.Thanks for all the private pms that advised me not to bother writing any more in this thread. I do have more important threads to read now This is silliness I choose to step away from. The OP knows I have the emails and all the backing I need is up above me and around me.

We are desparately trying to work out an amicable resolution to this.
So it's good enough for us to send you a wire transfer (which cost an extra $70 to make sure you got your full amount) at protest of paypal because you have had bad experiences with people disputing purchases from you (I wonder why), sight unseen and trust that you put the dog on the plane and that she is what we were expecting. But, you can't refund our money prior to shipment? Why is it only good enough one way?


Given the circumstances of the whole transaction and situation we said we are willing to pay the one way of shipping but you need to own up and pay her way back. Also, with the vet costs you'd have had to have it done regardless, she was overdue on her shots and the only thing that was specific to this was her transport document which was $15. Another thing, where is it our responsibility to pick up the cost of $55 for Interceptor for YOUR dogs, she wasn't shipped with this. Infact she was shipped in a horribly cruel sized nasty dirty old crate and since coming to us HAS been pampered and cleaned up. Which was definitely not something that you appeared to keep up on. I half expected her to be groomed and cleaned up all nicely when she came to us. I didn't expect her neglected tattered state that she arrived in at all. She looks better than she did when she came to us and a dog surely wouldn't decline that much from your "recent pictures" to her current state in a week of our care, do you honestly think that everyone on this board is that stupid?


You need to own up and make this right. I don't appreciate you threatening us, it's pretty un-becoming of you. If anyone should feel threatened it should be you and not by "people to take care of" YOUR slander, not ours. But threatened by the fact that if you don't make this right I definitely will not take it lying down or roll over on the $1150 that you took us for. I will pursue any and every legal avenue that is available to ensure that this is made right and that you don't get away with what you've done.


Please consider doing the right thing here. I'm more than willing to discuss the return of Emma with you but it will not be a half-assed refund or on the word of COD. You are the one that misrepresented Emma, it's time for you to trust us like we did you. I assure you, we have no desire to keep Emma from you she is not fitting in at our house and frankly we'd be hard pressed to give her away locally based on the interest that we've been able to gauge.
