If she were the same dog, but with the same aggression issues, would you keep her and try to retrain her to accept your children and another dog in the household? If so, I really hope you would try to work with her to see if she can't be tamed. If you are unwilling to accept a dog no matter how gorgeous showing that amount of aggression towards your family, then I think it's best for the both of you to find another home for her.
It's no use for us, as outsiders, to tell you how cute and sweet we think she is and she just needs a little TLC and very much likely a professional trainer/behavior specialist to work with her, because, in the end, it's your money, your time, your life, your love. If you have none of that to give to this little girl, no one should try to force you to accept her as you'll probably never do. And you aren't asking to be judged by requesting second opinions on whether or not you had been misled in your purchase.
I do, however, hope you don't mind when I say I hope you will not turn her in to an animal shelter that would not give her a chance at living a normal life due to her aggression.
