No I am not a breeder. I highly doubt I will ever be a breeder, but I have always been interested in showing either Himalayan cats or Yorkies. It takes so much research and work to know what you are doing though so I'll most likely leave the showing to those that already know what they are doing. I think it's important to show your dogs in conformation (or at least have them evaluated by other show breeders or judges) so that you know you're producing quality dogs. I would only breed to the standard, and I would health-screen all the dogs before I bred them. I think optimally, breeding and showing should go hand in hand.
