I doubt that the breeder made a mistake as to the sex, it is more likely that they just gave you the wrong dog. if a breeder cannot tell the sex of the dog, they shouldn't be breeding.
You need to notify them and get the correct paperwork. she is a doll, and I can't imagine that the breeder would expect you to return the dog, but you do need to get the right papers..
