Hello,
I'm new to the group, but my female Sophie is going to have babies. I took her to the vet for her two year shots....I believe she will be delivering around april 1st. Is there anything i should watch for as far as her delivering....i mean any signs that would signal me to rush her to the animal hospital? She weighs 8.6 lbs right now, but her little belly has just started to pop out to where it's visible that she is pregnant.
Vet said to exercise her so her stomach muscles get strong and to feed her puppy food until she's done nursing.....any other advice you might be able to share with me?
