I had the same problem with Mojo. I took him to petsmart to get a puppy cut, the cut was "ok" but it took sooo long and Mojo was mad at me
I took him at 2:00pm and even tho i waited to him there (made sure the groomer knew i was not leaving my baby) he was only ready at almost 9:00pm. I was outraged...never ever am i going back there. I know most places take at least 4 hours to get it done, so from now on, if i am getting Mojo profesionally groomed i will call the people the come to your house and do it right on the spot in front of you. It's a little more expensive but i know it will be worth it!
