Hi again This formula didn't seem to fatten Luna up, though she did thrive on it and has grown some since I got her. She was 2lbs on the dot when I got her at 9? weeks old. She is now a little over 3 lbs and is light and fragile feeling, I wish she'd get a little bigger but she's a tough nut and such a joy!! Anyway, I'm rambling It took me a good month of feeding her that stuff 4X a day, all the while slowly adding soaked kibble. Her teeth just didn't seem to be developed very well and her bit is slightly off. So that could explain why my girl didn't eat the kibble very well. I finally started soaking the kibble less and less and adding less and less of the baby formula stuff. She didn't like that a bit, but then I began adding some plain full-fat yogurt and then she'd eat It was a slow process, she loved that formula a lot! I also mixed some Caeser Puppy in it too so she would eat. It's not the best food, but I just would add a 1/8th of the tin each meal. Don't worry, you'll find what works! I now cook for the girls and they get that twice a day, really it's just enough to mix in their Missing Link, plus their kibbles. Luna started eating more and more kibbles as time went on and now she'll munch away on those here and there during the day, which was a huge relief!

THEN we got Izzy and suddenly once she had some competition, it seemed like she turned into a chow hound I'm sure that you'll get Lily past this scary time just fine, and I agree with your feeling that she should be watched closely and if you're going to be gone a long time, make sure you have some nutrical with you

Hang in there Mommy!!!!!!
