I called the feed store that is about 5 mins. from my house. They said they have some left and are just giving it away at this point. They said the food is really good, but it is just too expensive for their clients...
So I got 4 bags for FREE!
Rabbit Medallions (expires 4/22)
Venison Medallions (expires 4/28)
Chicken/Turkey Medallions (expires 5/3)
Beef Patties (expires 5/28)
I guess I will throw away whatever is left after the expiration dates. Unless you think they are still OK for a little while after???
Also, when I was putting the bags in the freezer, I notice the big beef pattie bag had a slice in it. Probably from a box cutter - Should I just throw that one away - or do you think it is OK. The feed store had them in a Big freezer. They are solid! I have the Rabbit bag thawing a little bit, so I can get one out to put in the fridge to give TJ and Roxy tomorrow for breakfast. I am only going to give them 1/4 each of it though - to start!
