Your story was heart-breaking. I do not know anything about breeding dogs, but, after reading your story, I advise that you find a new vet and report the old one. Also, you had every right to ask for a replacement puppy! My heart goes out to you at this time, and you and your mamma Yorkie are in my prayers. Hopefully, you can find some way to console the mamma. I feel very bad for you and I am very upset. I am tearing up as I type this post.
