Mine get 1/4 cup for breakfast and dinner and for lunch it's just about a level tablespoon of yogurt and cottage cheese mixed together. Sometimes a raw baby carrot after that. But my girls are 7 & 8 pounds.
Chloe was eating 2 tablespoons 3 times a day. Now I'm trying freefeeding for a little while. I'm making between 6-8 tablespoons of food available to her for the whole day, and I'm putting out 1/2 that in the morning, and the other half when she finishes the first. We'll see how this goes.
