I agree with the breeders on here that you should be able to set your own rules and practices. It's good that you breeders are so strict, so that you can make sure the dogs go to good homes where they will be loved for their whole lives. That's why I think it's great that you do assess each situation individually
What I was trying to say in my previous post is I think it's all in how you raise a child around the doggie. Set rules and boundaries. Like with me, I could not imagine not having had my two "small" dogs when I was a child. Not all children are wild and crazy LOL |
No not all children are crazy and wildd BUT they do ALL have accidents where the stumble and etc. My grandbabies sit on the floor or couch when they are here and in the doggie room. Seeing my grandaughter stumble and nearly fall on one of mine was enough for me. mine are seven and four.
