I'm so sorry that this is happening to you. They should have been more careful in who they placed him with or to have done a trial period with your family to ensure that this didn't happen.

However, you did sign the contract and unfortunately there isn't much you can do about that so I think you will end up out of the money that you paid for the yorkie.

I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to rehome him because if they do follow ups like most rescues do, and see that you no longer have the yorkie they very well might sue you due to the terms of the contract.

I'm really not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to think of a solution that won't get you into any further issues w/the rescue.
