We just bought a new baby girl about 3 weeks ago and I can't even IMAGINE going through something like this - I just feel so awful for you
It sounds like you are doing everything right and GOOD FOR YOU for e-mailing that NASTY woman and telling her off! She knows exactly what she's doing and I'm sure that isn't the first e-mail like that that she's received from one of her buyers
