I don't have an answer to you.........but this is my experience with seabreeze oil.

I diluted it in a spray bottle with water and used it lightly on Bobbi........it was like glass.......super shiny. On my poodle...........it was a blessing! You know, her hair is as 'cottony and frizzy as they come'.........I used it on here and my gosh does it work! It leaves her hair soft, repels dirt and NO MATTS!!!!

I know this stuff works..........maybe not on silky coats but definitely on dry and possibly soft and cottony coats. I think you will get the results you are looking for

You have given me hope! The only thing is - I can't remember if I ordered it or not! I e-mailed where I would have ordered it from and am waiting to hear back... what a blockhead!
