Well, I can tell you that my Cowboy turned 1.5 years old and his didn't fall out. I have to get them removed. It is common for the Yorkies to retain their baby teeth. My mother-in-law just got an entire row (top) of baby teeth removed from her Yorkie. With both sets, he looked like the tiniest shark! I'd go ahead and get them removed....I highly doubt they will come out on their own and it does collect a lot of tartar and cuase bad breath.
