I don't get how dramatic of a change.........I know that is adding the windchill but my gosh!
And for you, that is still a dramatic change (40 degree difference).
I just hear the newspeople talk about it over and over. However, at school/work people look at me like I'm an idiot. Some people have no peripheral vision and don't even notice changes like these
.........or they are just to busy with life I suppose.
