When people call me about things I have 4sale, I write their number down & will look it up on anywho.com & check the name & address to make sure it matches, actually you should call the number & just say you are confirming you have the right address. I also think its more likely a woman would call, I guess because I wear the pants here & especially w/a puppy because my husband wouldnt know what to ask or say, he doesnt want to carry it in a cute bag & if the guy is buying it for a gift he will most likely bring the girlfriend, if its a surprise gift they will bring mom or sis. If you cant drive it or shoot it they will need a womans help. On the tape it looks like they just open the door w/o looking. If it were two men standing there & I looked I would probably hesitate on letting them in. Of coarse there was a man who made a appointment to see jack russel pups, in her ad there was a pic of the pregnant owner(human), they wanted her baby not the dog. They cut the baby out of her
I know, I dont understand why they wanted the baby either

. Good people are going to want to come see the pups & parents. Breeders will have to use common sence & instincts. When people just call & say I wanna come buy a pup now w/out any questions-odd, dont give out to much info, like when you are figuring out a time dont think out loud "hmmm well i drop my kids off at 9A & my husband works at 7A, I can be back by 11A, I have to get some milk-you just told them that from 9-11A the house is empty & it would be just you 11A-? & no husband home. Not that these things will 100% protect you but it will help. Get a phone number & tell them you will call them right back you are on the other line. If they make excuses & dont want to give the # tell them you dont have any & are moving
Keep a log of all callers & let them know you keep a log, write it down & save on computer too.
